Pecan(t) Get Enough Ice Cream Cake
INGREDIENTS:
2 pints Udderly Ridiculous Vanilla Bean Lavender
Crumb Base:
1 1/2 cups white flour (or gluten free flour)
1 cup small flake oatmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS:
1) Mix together and put on a cookie sheet.
2) Bake @ 400 degrees for 15 min - stirring 3 times at each 5 min interval.
3) Pour 1/2 the mix into the bottom of a 9x13 dish.
4) Add a little caramel sauce lightly over the base.
5) Add 2L of Udderly Ridiculous Vanilla Bean Lavender ice cream. It’s recomended that you slice the ice cream and lay it onto the base.
6) Put rest of the crumbs on top with another drizzle of caramel sauce.
7) Freeze for 30 min to set. Cut and serve!
